Residential Our expertise in residential construction began in 1984 when our retail clients asked if we can 'look' at the work being performed in their homes. They were not satisfied. The 'other' electrician put the lights in the 'wrong' place, there's 'not enough lighting', how come I don't have outlets here?, were frequently asked questions. Can I turn on and off all exterior lights from the master bedroom? from the game room? From either or both? Can I have different lighting scenes? All were questions asked. It was obvious to us that there were few electrical contractors that really understood the residential client's needs, and expectations, and were willing to perform. At Westco we ask the right questions, and offer options. Dimming systems and lighting layouts are our specialty. Controlling the same lights from 1 to 100+ locations is possible, and practical, and with a single wall plate at each location. We are an Authorized Platinum Level Vantage Dealer (#9 in the US out of 850 dealers). We have completed projects on residences from 5,000 square feet to over 43,000 square feet.
